Columbia Heights is a first-ring northern suburb of Minneapolis with just over 20,000 residents. The City is conveniently located along Highway 65 and 47/University Avenue – with a strong historic downtown district located along the 65 corridor. The city offers a unique urban atmosphere strongly connected to nature situated along a hilly terrain, beautiful parks, and home to almost half a dozen lakes. The city offers unique retail/commercial and redevelopment opportunities.
